Q.1 :- What is Non-Feb
Ans>:- MicoSoft Delayed updates of Feb and Schedulled them in next month mean in March2017 So this Month there is no new updates of any Windows

Q.2 Then why you Released this with name of Non-feb
Ans:- because i missed Jan2017 update of windows 8.1 so i am Releasing it with January Updates so this iso belongs to Jan but Releasing on Feb that is why it is a Non-feb

I Made This Iso with two Methods , Offline Integration and online installation mean i used Sysprep so made this ISO fully update till 14th March2017
Offline Interate Updates Numbers :- 199 General , Hotfixes and Security Updates + 18 Updates Related to Dotnet3.5 which was Enabled by using offline Method
Online installed Updates in audit mode:- it was total 9 Few Rollup updates ,Flash Player Update, Silver light and Defender updates

Solved Issues :- there was some issues which was related to Check For updates windows was not checkning updates it was just checking but with no result, so it solved 100% but may be you might face this issue so Please report me in this thread

One more Thing there were Many users Requesting me about windows 8.1 , why i didn’t uploaded/posted Jan updates so I made
x86 version will b soon i m working on it
