Test for I-deas sine processing software modules measures the response of a structure due to sine excitation to create spectra, auto-spectra, spectral matrices, or FRFs. The measurements can be for single or multiple reference measurements depending on the software module you have acquired.
PULSE IDAe data acquisition hardware can be used directly with Test for I-deas measurement tasks. All measurement tasks are supported including Stationary Processing, Transient Processing and Sine Measurements.The PULSE time file management software, Type 7789, enables importing time history files saved in the Test for I-deas native format (.ati). Once imported into the PULSE software environment, the full range of analysis techniques provided with PULSE are available.

There are two options for installing the program
Option 1
Installation as a stand-alone program without pre-installed I-DEAS 6.6.
In this case, the installer will install the I-DEAS 6.6 kernel with TEST files by default in the folder C: \ TFI \ TFI66
Of all the I-DEAS interface menus, only the menu of the TEST module will work
If you try to use other I-DEAS interface menus, you will receive a message that this program is not installed
Option # 2
Installing on top of the pre-installed I-DEAS 6.6
In this case, the installer will append the necessary files of the TEST module to the program directory of the preinstalled I-DEAS 6.6 (when installing I-DEAS 6.6 by default it is C: \ Siemens \ NXI66)
After installation in the interface I-DEAS 6.6, you can use the menu of the module TEST
Please note that in the crowbar patched files for the replacement of native are given in the folder TFI66
When installing the program under option # 2, you must copy the folders and files from this directory to the installation directory of I-DEAS, replacing the native ones with the same nameYear / Release Date: 2017
