Flow Simulator is an integrated software for designing fluid and gas flows, heat transfer and combustion, which allows you to combine simulation with accuracy for optimizing the design of machines and systems.
This liquid system design tool provides interdisciplinary modeling and optimization in a single platform for machine design with respect to fluid dynamics / thermal / combustion in a 3D design environment.
This tool allows users to import actual equipment and use the 3D cloud of CAD points to automatically create a computational model superimposed on the hardware. There is an extended library of preconfigured elements / components that allows modeling or simulating a wide range of physical phenomena, including compressible / incompressible fluid flow, buoyancy flow, rotating cavity flow, heat conduction / convection / radiation heat exchange, equilibrium-equilibrium of combustion and species transport.
There are eight combinations of analysis modes (stationary state, quasi-steady state and transient analysis for fluid dynamics, heat and burns) for predicting the operating conditions of the system / subsystems during the cycle / flight simulation (flight mission, power increase, shutdown … etc). The components of the control system (PID controllers, direct and direct control functions) can be integrated with the system / subsystem of the computational model to optimize the performance of the simulated machine during the cycle / mission analysis.
