Run FS17.exe.
The content of the 3DM folder is copied with a replacement in the folder by the game.
Change the language in CONFIG.ini replace Language = russian to Language = english
Play

The content of the RLD folder is copied with a replacement in the folder by the game.
Change the language in steam_api.ini replace Language = russian to Language = english
Play
To run online:
Warning: Nothing should block access to the Internet file RVTLauncher.exe
Install Steam, go under any account.
