FormingSuite is a modular application for analyzing the manufacturability of sheet-forming parts and optimizing the cutting of metal bands. FormingSuite consists of modules, united by a simple common interface and intended for designers, technologists and standardizers.
FormingSuite modules allow:
– quickly calculate the sweep shape;
– to predict possible manufacturing problems: the formation of tears or folds, the retraction of the material;
– determine the final shape of the part taking into account the metal spring;
– analyze the geometry of the stamp and calculate the punching force;
– Optimize the cutting of blanks from the tape;
